Quantitation requires a consultation to help design the experiment. Depending on the problem, we can use a variety of methods to perform the analysis. The Proteomics core facility is a high throughput protein analysis laboratory. We focus on protein identification and quantifictaion, structural analysis (post-translational modifications) and protein-protein interactions. We strive to increase the scope, sensitivity and throughput of proteomics technologies and their application to cancer related questions. The facility helps design Core Facility.

Proteomics Core Facility Our laboratory's research centers around the brain imaging of animal behaviors as they occur in the nontethered, nonrestrained animal. The Proteomics Core facility provides services for the analysis of proteins from tissues, cells or other biological samples.

We are involved in approximately 300 projects per year. The facility is equipped with high-resolution mass spectrometers. Proteomics Core Facility. Samples can be delivered in person to the box in reception by prior arrangement only due to reduced staffing levels because of Covid 19 restrictions.

Proteomics Facility The Proteomics Facility provides services, self-service equipment, and collaborative research for the detection, characterization, and quantification of proteins and other biomolecules. The facility labs are located in MBB 1.420 (College of Natural Sciences). The proteomics core remains open and available for consultations; contact us here.
